INDeco, Swamimalai also known as Sterling, Swamimalai, is a 1896 Bnagla, An unique heritage hotel, India's only winner of the Global Eco Tourism Award and Authentic Indian Experiences.

This unique heritage hotel offers authentic south Indian vegetarian food. Most vegetables and fruits used for preparation of food are from the in-house garden, where eco-friendly farming techniques  are employed. The milk for the hotel comes entirely from the in-house diary. There are 2 air-conditioned conference halls that can accommodate up to 225 pax in theatre style. Another air-conditioned hall can accommodate 40 pax. There are 30 individually and ethnically designed rooms and no two rooms are similar. Most rooms are large and spacious  with sit outs. Some rooms have private courtyards. All rooms are at ground level. Being a heritage hotel, the room size varies from 150 sft to 500 sft. Some royal suites are also attached with a living area, dining and exquisite facilities. The Swimming Pool resembles a temple tank. The Steve Borgia Indian Heritage Museum stands witness to the essence of this INDeco Hotel. This hotel was conceived and created by Steve Borgia in 1996.
